đź’ˇ What do you want? Before we can continue talking about building and breaking habits, it’s important to create a clear picture of the direction in which you want those habits to take you.Â

Write down 1-3 goals you want to achieve. These goals may include: goals you’re currently working on, goals you want to achieve in the future, ongoing habits you want to build, or a habit that can help you achieve a bigger goal (for example: If your goal is to lose 25 lbs of fat in 6 months, a habit that supports this goal might be to develop a consistent exercise habit
